TM Changes
Reusable TMs
All 116 TMs are reusable. Unlike vanilla Pokémon Platinum, teaching a move with a TM does not consume it. One copy can teach the move repeatedly to compatible Pokémon. HMs were already reusable and remain so.
New TMs
24 new machines, TM93-TM116, teach Generation V moves. All are obtainable.
Changed Locations / Sources
These nine original TMs have changed field-pickup sources compared with vanilla Platinum. Other sources, such as BP exchanges and Pickup, are listed in the TM List. Locations describe the grants, not the earliest point in the story when you can reach them.

The old Wayward Cave Earthquake pickup now gives TM97 Smack Down; the current field pickup for TM26 Earthquake is on Route 207.

Department Store and Battle Frontier BP purchases are disabled while that TM is in your Bag. This checks current ownership, not a lifetime purchase flag: after selling or tossing the TM, you can buy it again. Inventory is not permanently depleted. Prize Exchange coin rewards allow additional copies while you already own the TM.
